WHY KIDS PROGRAM?
Help your kids by making them strong. Through our kid’s fitness program, your child will develop qualities like trust, cohesion, self-accountability, and confidence.
At our gym, we use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment. By using a FUN combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting we get kids to love exercise.

Your child will develop movement patterns that will make them less likely to get injured in sports.
Healthy habits
Our gym classes help kids develop an exercise routine that they can stick to for a lifetime.

Group classes teach teamwork. Fitness games teach kids how to lead others through inspiration and encouragement.
