ABOUT CrossFit Hilliard
CrossFit Hilliard – Eleventh Element is founded by six time CrossFit Games competitor and 2010 CrossFit Games champion Graham Holmberg. Graham believes in providing the top programming and resources available to achieve optimal results for his members. His goal is to positively impact the lives of as many people as possible and use CrossFit as a platform to build a community that is strong in body and mind.
In CrossFit, there are 10 standard principles to maximize overall physical fitness: Cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, accuracy.
Graham and his wife Savanna believe the Eleventh Element is faith. People display a tremendous amount of faith in our coaching staff when they walk through the door and trust us with their fitness and training.
We believe we act in a similar trust and faith in Jesus Christ when we serve Him daily as our Lord and Savior. We believe God’s word calls for us to walk in humility and that we honor God by training our body physically.
Faith and fitness go hand and hand and we believe that doing this with others is what we are called to do. As iron sharpens iron, one man sharpens another (Proverbs 27:17). This is a strong belief for Graham and Savanna and their reason behind the Eleventh Element brand.
THE TEAM

Graham Holmberg
Graham has been training and competing his entire life. Playing football and baseball at Capital University consumed most of his college career along with studying and earning a bachelor’s degree in education.
Following graduation Graham continued his strength and conditioning as he coached freshman baseball in Granville and was a personal trainer in New Albany. Enter CrossFit, and he is taking it to a whole new level.
To teach and learn is a strong passion that he embraces in his own training. The CrossFit games has brought competition back into the picture and has been a life changing experience when he came home with the title “Fittest on Earth”.

Bethany
Penton
Bethany Penton brings passion, knowledge, and experience to the Eleventh Element team. As scholarship gymnast at The Ohio State university from 2000-2004, Beth’s specialties were the uneven bars and balance beam.
She graduated from OSU with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing.
In 2014, she discovered CrossFit when a friend urged her to go because it was, “right up her alley.” After the first workout she was hooked. Beth’s CrossFit accomplishments include Regional team Member 2017, and Open age group online qualifier (35-39) 2019 & 2020.

Sloboda
Connor brings a deep passion for Olympic weightlifting, and we're fired up to start integrating his knowledge and skillset into our community. He's currently preparing to compete in Olympic weightlifting at the Arnold in just a few weeks, which tells you a lot about the level of dedication and experience he brings to the floor.
Connor is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer and a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, with over nine years of experience spanning chiropractic care, fitness coaching, and physical rehabilitation. His background as both a clinician and a coach allows him to uniquely bridge the gap between rehab and performance, helping athletes of all levels, from beginners to seasoned competitors, train smarter and stay healthy.
His mission is simple and powerful: to help clients and patients stay active, progress or maintain function, and continue participating in the moments and activities that matter most.
